Message	You are correct. It looks like we had listed 14 days for items sent in for credit on the special core credit program. It hasn't been listed that way for regular items that customers purchase that require a core. Regardless of that listing and what I have said above, we regularly refund cores on a 2 week schedule. I've also fixed the error and changed the posted policy to 30 days.
